We are looking for a Customer Success Lead with estimating experience to facilitate inspiring ekoa projects. As Lingrove's Customer Success Lead, you'll collaborate with the commercial team and customers to review drawings and CAD to optimize project outcomes. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer with an opportunity to impact high profile projects countrywide. Responsibilities
Estimate square footage based on 2D drawings and 3D CAD files
Support sales team and clients with technical advice throughout the process from pre-sales through installation
Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to established design and construction best practices throughout the project estimation and quoting process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and manufacturing, to ensure design feasibility and production readiness
Gather and analyze customer feedback during the estimation process to refine use of Lingrove products in projects
Collaborate with the creative team on any relevant internal and external projects
Occasional light sample making to support on-going projects
Requirements
Associates/Bachelor's degree in construction technology, construction management, architecture or related experience
2+ years industry experience estimating
Ability to create, manipulate and interpret 2D drawings and 2D CAD
Ability to create cut sheets
Knowledge of building materials and hardware
Knowledge of interior architecture fabrication best practices
Ability to communicate design concepts effectively both verbally and visually
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Handy and interested in learning more about light fabrication
Nice-to-Haves
Light fabrication/basic carpentry skills
Client-facing experience in architecture, design and/or construction
About the Role
You will be working from our San Rafael location, roughly 3/4 time in the office with more remote as you get up to speed. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, onsite. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This job description does not cover or contain a comprehensive listing of everything you might do at Lingrove. Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - 90,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
