Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving cost savings and process efficiencies.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of procurement regulations, contract law, and ethical sourcing practices.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Certification such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.
