We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our Fort Worth, TX facility!

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Supporting fabrication production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.

+ Conduct studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing, and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety then plan and implement continuous improvement projects.

+ Develop and maintain systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.

+ Work with colleagues to develop and implement great, new ideas that consist of but not limited to the development of standard work/training guidelines for new teammates.

+ Collaborate and work with cross functional teams such as Engineering and Finance to achieve plant goals (quality, manufacturing, materials, design, engineering, and finance).

+ Performing other work as advised by Supervision.

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications**

+ 3 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a technician role.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Proficient in fabrication, lean concepts, basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel).

+ Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ CAD experience and knowledge

+ The pay range for this position is $43,890 - $75,240. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
