Bachelors, or 3 years' experience in similar role
Primary customer contact and coordinator for a fleet electrification project. Coordinates all projects with customers and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Coordinates project with external customers as well as internal cross-functional departments. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within project management. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Operates independently but also received guidance and direction from others. Reports to Manager of Transportation Electrification Business Programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Being the primary customer facing contact for a fleet electrification program, helping coordinate meetings, communicated fleet electrification program and customized plans. Additional projects as needed such as processing rebates, and mining and/or reviewing data.
The role will have a lot of interaction with hiring manager, existing program coordinator, and TE Grid Edge Engineers
Learn fleet program details, develop relationships and provide great customer experience for fleet customers.
Managing a lot of competing priorities
TE Team ~14 people, working towards achieving the goals and outcomes of PGE's Transportation Electrification Plan(s) that include planning, managing, and supporting the TE Load coming to the grid. We are developing, launching, and implementing TE Programs for residential and commercial customers that are electrifying their vehicles.
