Job Description:
The individuals will be responsible for listening to pre-recordedcallsandscoring eachcallagainst a compliance checklist.Calls are about the loan application process from beginning to end. Knowledge of the TRID, SAFE ACTandMLO are preferred, but not required. Having current experience in mortgage loan origination, processingand/or similar recent mortgage experience is recommended for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Listen to recorded loan origination callsandscore against a compliance checklist. Validate that the original call was done correctly.
· Identify overall compliance related behavior trendsandcommunicate to management
· Understandandperform to certain performance metrics, including number ofcalls monitoredandaccuracy ratio.
Requirements:
2 years ofrecentmortgage underwriting, loan origination or similar mortgage experience (loan origination, mortgage processing, mortgage broker, loan officer, secondary marketing experience)
Experience withcallmonitoringor reviewingcalls for mortgage/banking compliance.
Excellent listening skills
Critical thinking skills
