The Account Specialist I will assist Account Executives/Brokers on assigned accounts, handling key processes and undertaking client facing and internal activites as they relate to our commercial risk business. This is achieved through effective communication and partnership with our internal and outsourced ACS (Aon Client Services) partners.

+ Where applicable, serves as the primary work with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service teams and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.

+ Act as the primary work with PASC on client administration matters.

+ Serves as key client liaison for items such as certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, WC posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy transmittals.

+ Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovations, Results, and Values.

+ Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements (e.g., Transparency & Disclosure, Aon Compliance Requirements, and Client Promise Methodology).

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Associates degree preferred
