****The Position****

Smallhold is looking for someone persistent, personable and organized who can help maintain and grow local grocery retail, restaurant, e-comm and distributor accounts as well as help with day-to-day sales reporting in the Socal Region. This position is for Full-time Sales Management, but can lead to a role selling mushroom farming equipment aka Smallhold Minifarms.

****The Challenge****

* Help to grow and maintain Smallholds local sales pipeline and begin closing retail, restaurant and distributor accounts

* Identify and develop local leads

* Maintain customer relationships to grow accounts

* Work with Marketing Department on activations with target restaurants, retailers, and various initiatives in SoCal

* Maintain pipeline documentation, set sales targets with VP of Sales

* Run weekly sales and merchandising reports

* Manage Third-party Retail Merchandising Team relationship

* Edit and distribute sales materials and samples as needed

* Attend or host various local events online and off as needed

* Manage LA Farmers Market Team in the future

****About You****

* Outside sales experience

* Retail grocery and restaurant relationships in the Socal Region

* Hands-on experience with trade shows, preferably Food and Beverage/CPG

****Bonus****

* Experience in the food/CPG industry a plus

* Project management skills a plus

* Experience with agriculture technology a big plus
