Senior Strategic Projects Leader - Experience Innovation_

As the Senior Strategic Projects Leader for Experience Innovation (EI), you will play a vital role in supporting EI Leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Experience Innovation leader, drive special innovation projects, and be responsible for convening and driving momentum with the Experience Innovation and Greenhouse leadership team on potentially sensitive and confidential matters.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include:

Chief of Staff to Experience Innovation Leader

+ Help make EI leader's time, access to information, and ability to make decisions, more effective

+ Be a trusted advisor on strategic projects and / or sensitive and confidential matters

+ Serve as proxy to EI Leader in select meetings with EI teams and / or other internal and external Deloitte stakeholders

+ Develop trusted channels across Deloitte

+ Proactively scan external and internal environment to look around the corner for future EI priorities to bring to EI leader's attention

+ Prepare meeting documents, synthesize conversations, and action as necessary

Special Innovation Projects for EI Leader:

+ Charter, resource, and when required, lead projects

+ Structure choices for decision making - both strategic and tactical / operational / administrative

+ Bring strategic, consultative skills to ongoing projects to enable progress and decision making

+ Connect dots across key initiatives and EI leaders to multiply impact and create transparency

+ Network to bring in outside perspectives, resources and data to EI leadership for key project success

EI Leadership Team Convenings:

+ Identify and propose priority topics to EI leader to discuss with the broader EI leadership team

+ Manage EI leadership meetings (i.e., coordinate, draft agendas, capture discussions, and drive momentum around actions)

+ Elevate key issues to be discussed in regular meetings and / or ad-hoc meetings

Required Skills Include

+ Consultative skills/experience with senior executives

+ Visionary and pragmatic, help make choices on "big issues"

+ Ability to think strategically and advise on innovation and strategy projects

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and with discretion

+ Comfort with building connections and trust across Deloitte stakeholders

+ A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to lean in on big and small issues

+ A collaborative and supportive mindset, with the willingness to help others and share knowledge

+ Excellent project management skills

+ Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Education & Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy and / or innovation

+ Consulting experience preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $243,700.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
