**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Managing Quality Department, including related activities, projects, and personnel.
+ Leading product quality initiatives, ensuring compliance and safeguarding product integrity.
+ Investigating and addressing product quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
+ Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
+ Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
+ Validating compliance with quality and process documentation.
+ Hiring, managing, coaching and cultivating a skilled quality team.
+ Preparing equipment evaluation reports and conducting inspections before product shipment.
+ Documenting, monitoring, and reporting manufacturing objectives.
+ Addressing and resolving design, manufacturing, and field-related challenges to prevent reoccurrence.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree is required
+ 3+ years of Quality Management experience, with proven ability to lead quality personnel.
+ ISO9001 quality systems experience preferred.
+ Chemical background preferred.
+ Knowledge of Quality Systems and ERP Software and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerBI, etc..)
