Data Analyst

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an experienced, highly organized, data-focused professional to support our sales, operations, and engineering departments. Our Data Analysts combine and analyze data from multiple sources to provide a holistic perspective and enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities Compile, analyze, and report sales demand to model materials and labor requirements
Analyze sales, operations, and engineering data to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering departments to understand data requirements and challenges
Develop processes and technologies to streamline data creation and maintenance
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner such as reports, scorecards, and dashboards
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of three years (3+) of related experience in an analytical role
Strong research and data analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
Highly self-motivated to drive projects forward, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills) and writing SQL queries
High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Independent, self-driven, and data-centric with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI
Desired Qualifications Seven years (7+) of related experience in an analytical role
Exceptional research and data-analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
Prior experience in a hardware technology industry
Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and creativity to accomplish goals
Python programming skills and familiarity with version control systems
Experience working with data visualization and BI tools
Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to team members
