**Service Delivery Specialist** Location **Austin, TX HQ** Requisition Type **Full Time** **Service Delivery Specialist**
**Summary**:
This position will be responsible for supporting the general efforts of the Service Delivery team with a focus on order fulfillment, product configuration, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management. This includes a combination of tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, configuration, assembly, and shipment of product.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Provision videophone equipment
* Collaborate with technical leads to troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and licensing
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Receive and stage inventory to be recorded in the accounting system
* Fulfill customer orders by packing and shipping each deliverable
* Follow procedures for inventory control and process work flow
* Reprogram computer equipment as needed
* Assist with special projects and assignments
* Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Sales Operations Manager
**Skills:**
* Ability to work with various operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android
* Experience working with MDM solutions is preferred
* Must be able to communicate effectively in writing
* Ability to communicate in American Sign Language is preferred
* Demonstrate attention to detail
* Support customer satisfaction
* Complete projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines
* Respond promptly to customer needs
* Assist in improving processes, products, and services
* Ability to foster a positive work environment
* Ability to multi-task and problem solve
* Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
**Qualifications:**
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality
* Strong computer skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
* High School diploma or GED required
* 2 or more years related experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
**Desired:**
* Experience in SD/Logistics a plus
* Inventory, shipping/receiving a plus
* Internal problem resolutions (case management experience) a plus
**Work environment:**
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
* Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)
* Keyboarding (40-60%)
* Viewing computer monitor, videophone, and cell phone requiring close vision (40-60%)
* Lifting computers and other equipment.
* Position may require some travel to local offices as necessary.
