Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of over 50 drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations at all times.

Ensure all routes are running on schedule.

Schedule and plan operations, including a basic understanding of KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.

Lead customer relations with airline crews, achieving "Raving Fan" service levels and exceeding client expectations.

Prioritize safety management, exhibiting a personal commitment to safety – enforce "Safety First" as a priority.

Communicate issues and provide data to headquarters and dispatch for timely resolution.

Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip vehicle inspections.

Build a team of reliable drivers.

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate: An inspirational leader!

Basic computer and mobile technology skills - Experience and desire to work with technology!

Proven track record of success in leadership in building a team. A driver advocate!

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Minimum of 2+ years of management experience (airline/airport or transportation environment preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation or related industries (hospitality).

Proven track record of safety management and contributing to the maintenance of a safety culture.

Training/coaching background preferred.

Have a valid driver’s license and be approved by the Company’s insurance carrier; may be required to obtain special city/airport permits.

Willing to work a flexible schedule that may require weekend and/or evening work. The holiday season is our busiest time due to all incoming/outgoing flights.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus up to 20% bonus!
