Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or data analytics.
2 years of experience in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
Experience in building presentations and briefing documents to communicate insights and influence decision-making.
Preferred qualifications: Experience designing data models and building data warehouses.
Experience designing and executing structured analyses, deriving business insights, and evaluating the impact of business decisions.
Experience writing and maintaining Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) scripts, which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources.
Experience working in technical data infrastructure developing, maintaining, and improving data infrastructure.
Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, strategic, written and verbal communication, SQL, and relational database skills including queries, database definition, and schema design.

In this role, you will use data to inform business and product decisions across the company. You will build tools to automate reporting and generate insight that will allow clients to quickly and accurately see how our key business products and processes are performing. You’ll be involved in projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that the reporting delivers high-quality and relevant data to intelligently grow our business. You will work with a range of other business intelligence tools and platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Design, develop, and support data workflows and scripts for operational and business impact data. Create new sets of queries to support business needs and optimize existing workflows. Design and enforce access controls.
Work cross-functionally with partners in data, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify data sources needed to support the business, align on key metrics, and ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across teams.
Work closely with sales, channel, sales finance, sales operations leadership to push the business forward, problem-solve and identify opportunities.
Develop visualizations based on user needs.
