Job Description

If the answer is yes, then this is your opportunity to join a dynamic, experienced, and motivated team of commercial executives as our Senior Global Sales Coordinator - Personal Care. This role will offer you the opportunity to make immediate contributions to drive aggressive sales growth and to develop a unique skillset by serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. This position is a great opportunity for a candidate interested to work in a fast-paced Global Account team in the exciting world of Consumer Fragrance Sales.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/employment experience
+ Administrative roles with high level of detail and accuracy. Experience in a matrix environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
+ Creative problem solving
+ Strong organizational skills. Results and detail oriented
+ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
+ Ability to effectively negotiate with internal key account managers and partners
+ Experience in supporting and implementing complex business changes into organizations
+ Proactive, able to take charge
+ Strong knowledge in IT - mainly IFF internal systems: Project Mangement Tool, BW (Business Warehouse), SAP
+ Client focused and possess exceptional customer service mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
+ Ability to prioritize and work well under strict deadlines and high work volume under pressure
+ Multi-task capabilities with high quality output
+ To be a self-starter
+ Creative problem solving
+ Strong Writing skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
Compensation ($76,000 - $85,700) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
