Veterinary Imaging Technician

About the Job : As a Veterinary Imaging Technician , you will be responsible for: Prepare and run CT scans, per clinician orders to obtain diagnostic images on canine and feline patients
Set image parameters and patient positioning
Work independently or under the guidance of the clinician to modify scan techniques for optimal image quality
Understand and review all medical records pertinent to patient care and image requests
Maintain a clean and safe CT environment by restricting personnel access and disinfecting between patients
Performs routine CT quality assurance reporting any concerns in a timely manner
Remain current in CT trends through CE attendance and certification
Other duties as assigned
Compensation ranges: Veterinary Assistant $17-$24 hourly, RVT $23-$33 hourly - based on experience and skillset. About You: Minimum of 2 years of veterinary clinical experience in a similar role.
The ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community.
Maintain a positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
4/10 Schedule
