Defense Mission Solution Architect, Lead The Opportunity:

As a Defense Mission Solution Architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting technical solutions. Through your leadership, we'll help transform the way the USAF uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. And, what do you do next in a career where you've reached this level? You mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow's solutions architects. As a technical leader, you'll shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth.

You Have:

Experience with 5th or 6th generation classified planning, execution, and assessment processes at the theater level

Experience with architect technical systems, such as data, network, applications, or cloud services in support of defense mission objectives

Experience as a U.S. military officer - O-5 or above

Knowledge of current Air Force and Joint doctrine

Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment

Ability to travel up to 25%

Top Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience in a headquarters staff position

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or Information Technology field

Graduate of War College

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
