Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is seeking a program manager. We are looking to hire a Program Manager who will supervise, coordinate and oversee our OMHC and PRP programs. We are looking for highly energetic, motivated individuals who want to work on the frontlines of a growing industry.
Qualifications Include:
Clinical knowledge of ICD-10 & DSM V
Ability to work independently
Demonstrates effective communication “warm hand offs” between providers, shifts and departments
Knowledge of patient rights and laws pertaining to mental health and more
Duties:
Monitor and approve program expenditures.
Prepare financial statements and maintain records pertaining to program activities.
Purchase or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program.
Supervise the program’s staff.
Schedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and set priorities for managing the program.
Manage marketing and outreach to the community.
Billing weekly and serve as liaisons between office partners, patients and payors.
Following up on claim status, resolving denials & rejections, re-billings, re-submitting claims, & filing appeals
Reviewing clinic sales daily for appropriate documentation, generating and billing claims and invoices on a weekly basis, and follow up on unpaid accounts.
