We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and previous sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
