Job Summary
Systech Inc is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer cum Architect with strong managerial skills to lead our data visualization and business intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development and Architecture:
Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports.
Architect efficient and scalable data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Implement best practices in Power BI development and data visualization.
Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams for seamless data integration and ETL processes.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and data models.
Managerial and Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Power BI developers and analysts.
Provide strategic direction for the business intelligence function, aligning with company goals.
Oversee project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities.
Business Collaboration and Insight:
Work closely with stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Present data insights and analytics to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Technical Skills and Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
Familiarity with Azure Data Platform (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse) is a plus.
