We are looking for a Program Director to work within our children's residential program located in Pine Hill, Camden County, NJ. The children's residential programs is an 10-bed program that provides a structured, safe environment for youth with behavioral health disorders and developmental disabilities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with 2 later shifts per week; on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise, train and develop group home staff;
Complete annual written evaluations of staff;
Coordinate staff patterns;
Maintain records for all consumers, including progress notes, treatment plans and all other record-keeping as required by Agency policies and DCF;
Monitor program budget and statistics;
Ensure safety of consumers against fire, theft, physical abuse and report incidents to Vice President of Children's Residential Services;
Intervene directly in crisis situations, and report them according to the procedure in the manual;
Ensure that each consumer obtains any needed dental, psychological or pharmaceutical intervention;
Supervise each consumer's finances, including, but not limited to, personal needs, allowance earnings and banking;
Monitor the formulation of Comprehensive Treatment Plans and other plans regarding consumer goals and objectives;
Establish/maintain working relationships with families, case managers, social workers and agencies to coordinate service to consumers;
Assist in coordinating maintenance of the facility according to the DCF and Oaks Integrated Care;
Be available to consumers and staff on a 24-hour basis during emergencies.

Qualifications:
An earned Master's Degree in clinical Social Work, Psychology or its equivalent;
Three (3) years experience in the provision of youth mental health services; One (1) of which to be of supervisory experience within the mental health field;
Excellent verbal, written and computer skills;
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing;
Experience with youth and Developmental/Autism and Mental Health Diagnosis required;
Clinical License preferred;
Valid Driver's License required.
