Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, an established commercial real estate firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Director to lead and grow marketing department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, meticulous attention to detail, keen organization skills, SEO and CRM experience, and a proven track record of taking initiative in a professional environment. Flexibility, the ability to juggle priorities, and performing onsite in a fast-paced environment are must-have abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Brokerage team and Operations team with the preparation of materials for meetings, trainings, recruitment, presentations, and speaking engagements
Lead marketing efforts with the support of the Marketing Coordinator
Plan, design and post original content on social media, blog and digital media channels
Manage the workflow for marketing projects.
Leverage proprietary CRM platform to scale out automated marketing and sales enablement initiatives
Build brand presence within market through PR, outreach, collateral, and thought capital pieces
Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently
Identifying customer trends and adjusting marketing plans
Leading marketing teams to complete projects
Meeting with marketing partners and vendors to fill in gaps
Allocating marketing budget across digital, print and media platforms
Coordinating with operations and sales to meet company goals

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience
At least seven (7) years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and CRM proficiencies
Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and audience behavior
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
Proficient to expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, MailChimp, Social Media Management system (Loomly) and CMS (company database)
Commercial Real Estate experience is strongly preferred.
