As the Warehouse Manager, you will manage all warehouse activities, including receiving and storing goods, ensuring efficient delivery, managing inventory levels, and supervising staff. You'll participate in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance department efficiency, decrease costs, and surpass internal customer expectations. You will be onsite in Fort Worth, TX and report to the Materials Manager.

You Will: Supervising stockroom staff and overseeing daily activities.

Manage, evaluate, and report on stockroom productivity.

Coordinate the receipt of supplier shipments, ensuring materials are stored in appropriate locations, and addressing any discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to the kitting schedule and monitoring stockouts, with a focus on backfilling.

Implement and maintain KPIs to measure on-time kit delivery, inventory levels, and stockouts.

Pulling parts orders and service kits, striving to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.

Ensure accurate transaction processing in the ERP system.

Resolve inventory discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis on inventory adjustments, implementing measures to maintain accuracy.

Assist in the implementation of Kanban and Supermarket systems.

Conducting layered audits to promote safety and maintain 5S standards.

Developing procedures for standard work and providing training to employees.

Planning, promoting, and organizing department training activities to ensure employees receive appropriate job-related training.

Leading hiring, training, and performance management efforts for the warehouse team.

Mentoring and developing warehouse team members for future roles and coverage during absences.

Supervision of up to 30 employees- 3 stockroom leads, receiving specialist, materials handlers

Perform annual performance appraisals

You Have: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

APICS certification is highly desirable

7-10 years of relevant warehouse experience

Prior supervision or management experience is required

Background in working within a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated experience with providing exceptional customer service
