What You'll Do Troubleshoot computer or network issues in a timely manner

Explain computer issues to non-technical team members

Effectively communicate with IT Team Members

Troubleshoot Patient Management System issues

Set up and maintain computer equipment as needed

What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent required

Six (6) months previous Help Desk experience required; one (1) year preferred

COMPTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred

Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365- troubleshooting/problem-solving

Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking
