What You'll Do:
As a business analytics consultant on our team, you'll:
Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools, including Excel macros , SPSS, ArcGIS, or Access.
Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data through performance measures related to criminal justice programs.
Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
Analyze and process data, while contributing to the development of models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using MS Office Suite, Tableau, Excel macros , SPSS, ArcGIS, or Access .
Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
Provide guidance to fellow team members.
Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for criminal justice performance measures.

You Have:
Experience using Excel macros , SPSS, ArcGIS, or Access
Knowledge of federal requirements, at all levels, for the measurement of program effectiveness
Knowledge of justice programs, such as OJP, and the federal grant lifecycle
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree in a Social Science field and 5+ years of experience in justice research and quantitative analysis, or Master's degree in a Social Science field and 3+ years of experience in justice research and quantitative analysis
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in the victim services field and federal grantee data
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
