How you will spend your time as an IT / Technology Project Coordinator: Understand and maintain a high-level project schedule.
Estimate labor requirements and forecast 8 weeks in advance.
Provide and update a detailed daily production plan based on available equipment and labor.
Communicate daily production goals to project teams.
Train and hold workers accountable for achieving goals and maintaining quality.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and update internal systems, provide final reports, and ensure data integrity.
Conduct weekly production assessments and align customer expectations.
Provide accurate and timely customer and accounting reports.
Skills & experience we would like you to have as an IT / Technology Project Coordinator: Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and being easily understood.
Ability to take notes while communicating over the phone.
Strong writing and spelling skills to document technical issues effectively.
Proficiency with email, IM, Google Drive, and Internet browsers.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Experience in IT, telecom, or technology projects is preferred.
College experience or diploma, or a high school diploma.
Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
