Overview
The Director – Information Services, Intelligent Automation manages the operational health and stability of assigned information services teams and resources. This leader ensures that IS projects and investment outcomes conform to business and clinical needs. They build relationships with business and clinical team members by working with peers to ensure human and financial resources are effectively deployed, establishing metrics and tracking improvement trends, and coaching, motivating, and requiring personal accountability and leadership within their organizations. The Director maintains and communicates a vision for their area of responsibility, pushes for the change necessary to achieve this vision, and demonstrates consistency in meeting their commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Requires 7-10 years of relevant management experience in a business or clinical systems environment and familiarity with process/performance improvement methodologies, system implementations, and workflow analysis.
Requires prior management experience in a complex, matrix organization.
Requires a demonstrated fundamental understanding of project accounting and financial management.
Knowledge of state and national regulatory agency guidelines preferred.
Preferred experience with contractor and vendor management.
