Responsibilities The successful candidate will be a great leader that can work across the entire company to raise opinions that will lead and drive conversations about topics impacted by and related to Digital Buildings, Workplace Analytics, and Healthy Buildings technology
This role will lead the development and tracking of content that engages prospects, customers, partners, and investors, and results in increased pipeline
Director, Content Strategy will lead a team of content strategists that direct content creators across the company and across channels that results in a simple yet compelling set of assets that supports the entire customer journey
Build and lead a team of world-class content creators to communicate and lead conversations on relevant topics such as hybrid work, getting employees back to the office, healthy buildings and the relationship to Join products
Oversee the creation of all content across the company to be sure it communicates a powerful yet simple message
Partner with the creative resources to efficiently develop final graphics, illustrations, and videos to effectively communicate the message and drive pipeline
Use technological advances to drive down cost and increase coverage on a limited budget
Work with learning services to define a curriculum that teaches and certifies people on healthy buildings and workspace management
Work closely with the social writing resources to amplify the message, drive awareness, and support the customer journey through social channels, especially focused on LinkedIn
Publish guidelines and enablement tools to support the development of engaging content that the entire customer journey results in pipeline and successful sales
Orchestrating digital content strategies across all leaders driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
Efficiently manage the content marketing budget to drive brand awareness, optimize pipeline yield, and result in beating growth targets for the company
Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future content strategies, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership programs
Implementing SEO best practices, in collaboration with the SEO team
Ability to differentiate between which platform different kinds of content are best suited to and which stage of the customer lifecycle is best supported by different types of assets
Work cross functionally to design and implement systems and processes that create an efficient approach to content creation, dissemination, testing, and redesigning
