Position Overview
Works full time to contact current and potential customers for the purpose of selling pull tabs. Performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality, and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. This position is paying $23 to $29 per hour.
Essential Job Functions
Answer phones and assist customers with orders, queries, and problem solving.
Accurately enter all orders and relevant data into internal programs
Build and support customer relationships on an ongoing basis to increase sales and meet monthly targets and goals.
Follow-up with customers via phone, email, and fax
Develop new customer prospects.
Maintain close contact with outside sales representatives regarding customer accounts.
Acquire knowledge of entire product line process and identify opportunities to sell older inventory.
Ensure all marketing mailers are distributed to customers as scheduled.
Run inventory reports and communicate to customers on a weekly basis.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate degree preferred.
Phone sales experience preferred.
