The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Allstate Insurance Agency plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. The CSR is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and providing information about insurance products and services. This position requires a proactive approach to solving customer issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented in the agency management system
- Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular cancellation audits
- Handle billing and payment inquiries, process payments, and address any discrepancies
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the agencys operations
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help people
