About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Security Operations to lead the Security Systems and Service Function within the North America region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue, margin, EBIT, and cash targets, and will work closely with regional and global teams to establish and manage operational metrics, and drive performance to meet long-range targets. This role requires a leader with a strong business acumen, who can effectively partner with cross-functional teams, and is adept at utilizing global tools and processes to ensure the successful execution of security projects while maximizing EBIT and reducing waste.As the Vice President of Security Operations, the role involves active people leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and requires a collaborative, team-player mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in P&L management, experience in project and service contract operating models, and a background in security remote operations and central operations support models. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and drive results. The candidate should be open to travel and hold at least a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience being a plus.
