The role of Partner and Strategic Alliances Director
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are recruiting a Partner and Strategic Alliances Director to join a high-performing Go-To-Market team, playing a pivotal role in building and shaping channel partnership programs, supporting our company's fast growth. Being measured on revenue related KPIs, you will have full responsibility and accountability for the success of the reseller program, driving penetration of Pulsate solutions within defined partner portfolios. The Partner and Strategic Alliances Director will report directly to the VP of Partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of this role are to drive the penetration of Pulsate solutions across Pulsate’s Digital Banking partnerships. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Manage the strategic relationship with partners (e.g. QBR’s, strategic initiatives) and orchestrate the day to day relationship between the partner to relevant positions in the GTM organization.
Help define partner enablement requirements and certification path; collaborating with internal Pulsate stakeholders to build relevant materials.
Own the enablement of partnerships ensuring GTM readiness to incorporate sales training, asset distribution, co-marketing and all other initiatives as may be required.
Take a proactive approach to strategy, process, and procedure to seek continuous improvement in Pulsate’s channel strategy.
Ensure a continued growth in new logos with an emphasis on monthly & quarterly pipeline reviews.
Lead co-selling initiatives with partners while developing internal SME’s within the partners GTM orngaization.
Own end-to-end relationships with partners and drive decision making with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
Own presentation and reporting of partnerships KPIs and objectives to the company leadership team.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing and sales teams.
Create presentations that help communicate Pulsate’s impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive forward execution

Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience in either direct or channel sales to Community Banks and/or Credit Unions.
General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices.
Ability to communicate and sell the value of the Pulsate solution to multiple levels of within a partner organisation (i.e., C-Suite, Sales, Operations, and Technical).
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of integrated teams.
Analytical skills are required to determine business needs and requirements of the partner.
Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
Excellent independent time management abilities.
Problem solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment.
Be available for US travel to work with partners/customers.
Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
