The Johns Creek Chamber is looking for an
AMAZING Marketing & Communications Director! This part-time (20 hours per week) position is responsible for the creation and implementation of all marketing materials and communications with our members and community. If you have phenomenal interpersonal communication skills, excel at time management, are adept at working collaboratively and independently, are detail oriented AND are beyond creative, please apply today!
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer the Marketing & Communications Director will be primarily responsible for implementing and managing event marketing, member communications and awareness across all social media platforms. This individual will work closely with local media and act as the Chamber liaison.
Advanced industry knowledge about marketing opportunities including print & display advertising, social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) • Advanced knowledge about website, Google and social media analytics including compiling usage reports and interpreting results is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Constant Contact, Animoto, Canva • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong time management and organization skills • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Must possess positive customer service attitude; flexible, patient, courteous, professional, and problem solver .
