BG Staffing is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Consultant for a thriving apartment community in Indianapolis, IN 46254 . Position Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for showcasing the community, processing applications, maintaining resident relations, and supporting the daily operations of the leasing office. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, sales-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and provide professional property tours

Present leasing information and community features to prospective renters

Process rental applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately

Prepare lease agreements and maintain resident files

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

Manage daily office communications and resident inquiries

Assist with community marketing initiatives and outreach efforts

Support the leasing team with occupancy and retention goals

Maintain accurate records and data within property management systems

Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for residents and prospects

Assist with general office operations to maintain an efficient leasing process

Qualifications Previous apartment leasing experience required

Yardi experience is REQUIRED

Experience with property management software and basic computer applications

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Reliable transportation required

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
