Position: Senior IT Support Specialist
Location: Denver, CO
This is an indefinite contract role paying between $27-$30 an hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
New Employee IT Policy and Procedures Training : Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new employees on essential IT policies and procedures, including VPN setup, FAQ/troubleshooting tips, SAS procedures, and our tech review policy.
Quarterly and Ad Hoc Training : Lead and facilitate ongoing training and troubleshooting opportunities to keep the team updated on the latest IT developments and best practices.
Technical Troubleshooting : Perform a wide range of technical troubleshooting tasks, including computer and peripheral repair duties, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Inventory Management : Oversee the management of IT inventory, including procurement of computers and peripherals, to maintain a well-equipped and efficient workspace.
Network System Protocols : Implement and enforce protocols and procedural controls for the smooth and secure operation of our network systems.
Requirements:
Recent In-Person/Virtual Troubleshooting : Proficient in end-user troubleshooting for Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Your ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively will be crucial to our team's success.
Networking Expertise : A strong understanding of networking in a geographically dispersed environment, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot complex network setups.
ServiceNow Experience : Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is highly desirable. We are willing to provide training to enhance your skills in this area.
Printer Troubleshooting : Hands-on experience with both network and local printer troubleshooting, ensuring seamless printing operations.
Collaborative Spirit : A team player who excels in collaborative environments, working effectively with colleagues across various departments.
Flexibility and Adaptability : Capable of handling shifting priorities and dynamic work conditions, ensuring that critical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
