Position Title: Support Specialist, Information Technology
Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Salary: An amount of $23.00/hourly ($47,840.00 annualized)

Location: Based out of our Denver office at 711 Park Ave W, Denver, CO 80205. 5 days/week in office

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected hourly pay rate for this position is $23.00/hourly ($47,840.00 annualized). In an effort to increase equity and to avoid unfair bias historically associated with salary negotiations, we do not participate in salary negotiations outside of this stated starting salary range.
How You'll Help
Responsible for providing technical and customer support for PCs, VOIP cloud phone system, peripheral equipment, and various software support. This position is a full-time in-person position, where the bulk of our organization's staff has multiple remote days during the week.
Essential Responsibilities
Support desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, including troubleshooting, application installation, initial setup, physical moves, upgrades, protection from virus and spyware.
Perform cell phone and soft phone administration, providing support to local and remote locations.
Supporting all our internal communication (Microsoft Teams, Email, Intranet).
Supporting software and account creation.
Manage trouble ticketing system and inventory system.
MFA/2FA Support.
Perform end-user orientation and training on IT supported applications, equipment, and policies for new and existing employees.
Junior level server administration.
Additional Responsibilities
Help and learn to manage MHUW IT network, including security, architecture, design, hardware maintenance, server administration, server application administration and documentation.
Help perform backup and restoration of data.
Assist with designing, implementing, and maintaining project plans for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Help with facilities maintenance/operations tasks as requested.
What You'll Need: Education, Experience, and Skills
Experience with desktop support in Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Current Windows Versions)
Experience with support of network printers, scanners, and copiers
Experience in Vonage VOIP administration
Experience with support of Smart Phones (iPhones & Android)
A+ Certification preferred
Associate degree in Computer Science OR equivalent experience
Excellent written, oral, and strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills that includes working directly with all levels of staff to determine sound solutions for business requirements
Well-organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Pro-Active work, seeing an issue and working to resolve the issue before it becomes a problem or a security risk
Proven ability to adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment
Committed to training and staff development as part of organizational culture
Strong customer service values

Strong team-based problem solving skills

Applications (Salesforce, InContact, AntiVirus)
Working Environment: Office Environment
Physical Activities: Ability to lift 40 lbs, ability to operate a computer for extended periods.
