Sr Business Performance Analyst

The Sr Business Performance Analyst is responsible for leading the business, financial and data analytics to improve the business performance of division. The primary focus of the role is to design, develop and deploy data driven information solutions to facilitate performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include quantitative model building to evaluate various business scenarios to support performance improvement strategy formulation. The scope also involves creating analytical solutions to monitor and track successful execution of the performance improvement strategies. This is a cross functional role that interacts with finance, clinical services, network management, operations, and external clients. Key Responsibilities/Duties - What You Will Be Doing Identify, research, extract, analyze, validate, reconcile, interpret, and present data and information for business performance improvement activities through programming and statistical model building.
Lead analytical modeling to support performance improvement strategy formulation.
Coordinate with matrix functions to identify and obtain data sources for business performance analytics.
Lead development of relevant reports and dashboards, to monitor initiative performance and progress.
Facilitate timely communication of relevant information regarding initiative priorities and deliverables to relevant internal and external stakeholders
Performs ad hoc data and business analyzes as requested.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Education, Certification And Licensure Qualifications - what you need to perform the job Master's Degree required - quantitative and/or business focus is preferred.
EXPERIENCE (minimum Years Required) 3+ years' experience in using analytical tools to query, manipulate and analyze health care data.
Skill Requirements Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SAS or other programming language (SQL).
Must be skilled at manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office package.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel): Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
