Job Duties/Responsibilities
Full Time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Greet and check in service/rental/repair guests
Listen with concern and write up work orders through our shop management system
Research and write up estimates
Provide timely updates to guest on their repair status.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Research parts for service mechanics needs
Upkeep the appearance of the Service Areas & Office
Light mechanical duties
Qualifications
Broad scope of mechanical/electrical/technical knowledge a must
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and reading schematics
Excellent communication skills – in person or by telephone as well as written (frequent and detailed documentation is required in this position)
Must be self motivated
Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
Must conduct his/her self in a professional manner
Basic computer and internet skills
Be organized and able to multi-task
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license
Previous technical and supervisory experience in the repair industry is a plus but not required.
Able to read, write and communicate in English (Bi-lingual a plus)
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift and carry merchandise and supplies up to 90 pounds
Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling and twisting.
Climb up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise
