The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a new Inside Sales team and partnering with Marketing, Outside Account Managers, and Field Channel partners to develop and grow assigned territories and meet or exceed revenue targets. This exciting new role will set the framework for the future success of Gems and build a valued "selling engine"!

Essential Functions

* Responsible for performance of the Internal Sales function and achieving desired results, including hiring and development of the team

Education & Experience Required
