Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager with design experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of, or the willingness to learn about the commercial real estate industry and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the firm's services and properties.
Create and manage content for marketing materials, including Offering Memorandums (OM) brochures, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and events.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and clients.
Stay up to date with industry developments and marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, email marketing platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Marq etc.).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
