North&Co. is a local residential real estate brokerage whose home-office is located in the heart of Arcadia, one of Central Phoenix’s hottest neighborhoods. North&Co., has approximately 225 licensed agents, who primarily work inside the boundaries of Maricopa County. The company is known for its local, grass-roots, boutique operation that exclusively supports full-time, productive, specialized and professional sales agents and teams.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The goal of this position is to best assist the North&Co. office, and its sales agents, with file and transaction management. This person will assist our Senior Transaction Manager and will be part of a vibrant, active team. Position is part-time and may require work to be completed on nights and weekends. The Transaction Management Team has historically been responsible for approximately 50% of all company closings. There are a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities related to transaction and file management. Assisting with seller representation includes managing new listings paperwork and the various activities through ARMLS, TransactionDesk, DocuSign and Brokermint (the company’s transaction document management system). Assisting with buyer representation and escrow processing includes writing contracts and counter-offers, drafting BINSRs, managing correspondence with title, escrow, cross-agents and clients. Junior Transaction Manager will follow the current established process and procedure checklist.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and write real estate contracts and disclosures
Receive all incoming inquiries for new contracts or escrows
Coordinate files, signatures and correspondence with agents, customers and ancillary companies
Manage all aspects of a real estate transaction from written offer to closed file
Manage and communicate accurate time frames from listing to closed file
Send weekly (oral and written) updates to agents and clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills & Abilities:
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work as a team player
Must be a self-starter, with a strong ability to manage projects and deadlines
Must possess a flexible work style, with a strong sense of customer care and follow through
Requires a professional demeanor with staff, adherence to a strict level of confidentiality
Understand all real estate contracts and disclosures
Ability to prioritize and complete projects accurately and effectively
Ability to work with multiple people and projects at one time
Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions
Ability to read, write, speak and hear English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Google Sheets, Google Docs
Proficient in BrokerMint, or prior experience with a transaction document management system a plus
Proficient in TransactionDesk, Authentisign, and/or DocuSign a plus
Ideal Candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales, transaction management or title/escrow
Active Arizona real estate license is a requirement
Experience & Education:

Physical Requirements:
Requires ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
