What You Will Be Doing

Accountable for reaching local revenue, profit, and sales targets.

Meetings, trade shows, and involvement in banking and credit union associations are ways to establish connections with clients and cultivate business partnerships.

Make cold calls to prospective customers in order to generate leads.

Investigate sales leads that inside sales has produced.

Assist in facilitating communication between the client and the production teams.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly fulfilling all promises, handling problems, and skillfully reacting to customer demands.

Qualify project leads, use market data, trends, and predictions.

Make and give formal sales presentations to customers.

Assist teammates in creating and completing design and bid packages.

Complete all required status reports, pricing recaps, closures, and project follow-ups.

Ability to travel

What You Need For This Position

Proven relationship-building skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Ability to deliver presentations to board and C-Level executives.

Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team member.

Previous sales experience or customer interaction experience in Banking related fields

Benefits

Annual base salary range: $75k-$90k + On Target Earnings of $150k-$200k (Base + Commission)
