About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Integrated Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the Marketing and Communications department, with a focus on driving and executing integrated marketing plans. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of marketing and communications, including experience in both non-profit and corporate/agency sectors. The VP will be responsible for leading the development of integrated marketing plans for key focus areas and active prizes, collaborating with domain leads, prize directors, and the advancement team. They will also manage marketing budgets, oversee marketing metrics, and work closely with the CMO to develop strategies that align with the organization's business goals.Applicants must have a passion for the company's mission and a proven track record of creating marketing strategies that deliver business results. The role involves managing a high-performance integrated marketing team, as well as overseeing relationships with sponsors, partners, and donors. The VP will also collaborate with the Director of Communications on external engagement opportunities and work with the event and content teams on related initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a problem solver, and a strong influencer with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain effective teams.
