About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Global Growth Marketing to lead the transformation of the go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving increased ROI and budget efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of digital experts and developing comprehensive, global demand generation strategies to support the company's brand performance, growth, customer satisfaction, and retention goals. This role requires a visionary and hands-on marketing leader with a proven track record in driving demand generation and pipeline growth, particularly in the SaaS sector. The VP will be expected to create and manage plans and budgets to achieve ambitious demand generation goals, tightly align with global sales to improve pipeline quality, and work closely with cross-functional teams to influence messaging and content for marketing campaigns. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in senior marketing leadership, with a strong background in growth marketing, performance marketing, and integrated marketing. Deep knowledge of inside sales processes, ABM, integrated marketing campaigns, and omni-channel marketing is essential. The role also requires a strong background in marketing technology and operations, including experience with marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM and ad tech, engagement platforms, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketing technologist, a strong collaborator, and a strategic thinker who can balance innovation with sustainability in marketing practices. The VP will be expected to lead a team that delivers value across the buyer's journey and to work with the larger organization to drive sustainable growth and change.
