Marmon is now seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system administrators, and desk-side support technicians. This role involves ensuring the availability and reliability of network, server, and storage systems, implementing security measures to protect company data, and providing technical support to end-users. What You'll Do :

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans for cloud (Azure & AWS), SaaS applications, and network security

Manage, train, and optimize performance for Corporate team of desk-side support technicians and collaborate with the cybersecurity team

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, server, and storage systems

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime

Implement security measures and best practices to protect company data and infrastructure

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues and resolving escalated tickets

Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

What You'll Bring to the Role :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

5-7 years of IT infrastructure and helpdesk experience

Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including network, server, and storage systems

Demonstrated experience using Zendesk, ServiceNow, and similar service platforms

Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively

Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus
