Centro Benefits Research is an employee benefits service organization which provides research, analysis, and process facilitation for employee benefits consultants and insurance carriers. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital Health, one of the largest leading Benefits and HR Consulting firm in the country.
Our team is rapidly growing and so is our need for various functions supporting business and operations. Therefore, we are seeking an experienced R evenue Data Analyst who will be responsible for understanding , preparing, processing, and analyzing revenue data facilitate business and financial management processes.
In this role, you will work directly with COO, our Client Success Team and finance organization to support their data, reporting and business analytics needs. You will help create the vision, strategy and goals of our business reporting function to support our teams and our business growth with data, reports, analysis and insights. Key Responsibilities
Use knowledge of business context and operational environment to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve business benefits.
Prepare reports and analyze data, including locating, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling data from various sources
Create a comprehensive portfolio of Standard Management Reports and Analysis in d365
Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of cash posting process
Research and resolve revenue postings issues after AR runs
Update d365 and oversee data accuracy in d365 as it relates to accurate revenue posting
Maintain status reports of any revenue discrepancies and work with internal finance team to manage Assignment process
Identify trends and issues in various analysis, and develop recommendations for business decisions
Communicate operational and financial information to all business partners to enable them to make informed decisions or take action
Analyze and resolve data quality problems
Collaborate with d365 product team, other data and analytics teams and finance teams across the enterprise to learn and apply best practices relative to data management, d365 and financial management process
Recommend system modifications and enhancements to business application team to enhance data management processes
Prepare ad-hoc Management Reports and Analysis

Deep knowledge of insurance domain

Education, Training And Experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with power user skills in MS Excel
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Solid experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau/etc.)
