Qualifications
Familiar with SAFe Agile Framework, preferably with a certification.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SynapseRT) to manage development work and resources.
Knowledge of GIT, industry standard design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, SQL Developer, Maven, Hibernate, ActiveMQ, MuleSoft, JSP, HTML 5, and Kubernetes
Day to Day Tasks
Follow design guidelines documented in Confluence.
Refactor any code touched leaving it better than it was found.
Help test and ensure a quality product is being delivered.
Code reviews will be performed by agency staff before changes are merged into development branches.
