Overview What You'll Do Meet/Exceed budgeted targets for Sales, Profits and Inventory by creating in-season forecasts, recognizing and acting upon risks and opportunities and by managing inventory to improve sales and reduce liabilities.
Lead development of seasonal and monthly demand and supply strategies for the channel in partnership with Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, and Supply Planning.
Own the development and execution of inventory management plans, including demand forecasting and replenishment strategies.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts, optimizing sales, turnover, and minimizing carrying costs.
Maintain alignment with merchandising and commercial needs in the transition from pre-season planning to buy execution, including re-forecasting of sales and inventory inside lead-time.
Build plans that balance strategic brand initiatives and optimization of performance against both short and long-term targets.
Work collaboratively with Global MFP team to understand and shepherd seasonal plans into region-channel enriched plans.
Coordinate activity with regional merchandisers to ensure the region-channel priorities are clearly brought together in all Global MFP related plans.
Own Open to Buy management for the channel.
Collaborate with global supply chain partners to ensure optimal supply strategies to meet channel requirements.
Continually analyze and interpret changes in performance and strategy into product investments to optimize balance of revenue with inventory within open-to-buy targets.
Provide both qualitative and quantitative insights at seasonal hindsights and investment reviews, drawing conclusions to advise future product line architecture.
Participate in consolidation of the regional demand plan and contribute to the regional demand review.
Leverage regional S&OP to coordinate and inform key demand insights across cross-functional collaborators.
Participate in monthly and seasonal planning meetings to represent priorities of the channel.

What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field
10+ years in merchandising, planning, or demand (Strong preference for consumer goods, footwear, or fashion apparel industry)
Strong emphasis on direct-to-consumer experience, preferably in ecommerce
Provide clear, well organized strategic direction
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization across written, verbal and presentation formats
Ability to guide and develop highly analytical and results oriented team
Strong interpersonal skills particularly able to influence without authority, gain agreement and drive consensus
Demonstrated ability to articulate business requirements and formulate concise solutions to complex problems
Strong organizational skills and confirmed experience in developing and innovating processes in a fast-growing business
Shown ability to efficiently work in a highly cross-functional matrixed environment

Salary or Pay Range: $210,000-$220,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
