This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma

5 years of business analysis or IT project management

Strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel skills

Strong analytical skills and be comfortable summarizing and communicating project scope and execution

Organized self-starter with the ability to handle a large number of projects at one time and meet multiple concurrent deadlines

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to interact with various colleagues and business stakeholders

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Business Process Management from an accredited institution

Experience preferably in a law firm environment

Comfortable summarizing and communicating project scope and execution

What will your day look like?

As a key player, you'll dive into the heart of business challenges, analyzing business processes and systems, crafting meticulous business cases, and building metrics for insightful reporting. You'll also document requirements, develop process-flow diagrams, and ensure seamless project management by liaising with teams and stakeholders. You'll be the bridge between IT and various departments, ensuring smooth execution of cross-functional projects. With a keen eye for detail, you'll conduct system testing and validation, while also spearheading training programs to ensure billing processes are consistently impeccable. Communication skills will be your forte as you navigate through best practices and create standardized department reports, always on the lookout for areas ripe for improvement. Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is 101,460 - 150,926. If hired to work in San Francisco or Palo Alto the expected annual pay range is $105,871 - 157,488 per year. If hired to work in Seattle, Los Angeles, or San Diego the expected annual pay range is $97,049 - $144,364 per year The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
