Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our corporate clients.
Review resumes and align them with suitable positions.
Conduct professional phone and video interviews to assess applicants and foster client relationships.
Assist in interview preparations, communication, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
Maintain organized records of client and applicant information in the system for updates and tracking purposes.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing requirements.
Proactively engage in other projects or tasks within a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications :
3+ years of successful Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Microsoft Office
Experience in cold calling
