About the Role:
Bath Flip, a leading franchise in the home improvement industry, is currently undergoing remarkable growth through organic expansion. As a team of bathroom and efficiency specialists, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless experience when installing walk-in tubs, walk-in showers, flooring, water heaters, and more.
We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking a proven General Manager to join our team at the NH/MA branch. We are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee the day-to-day operations and lead our team to success. Responsibilities:
Integrate and execute the CEO vision and strategic plan
100% ownership and accountability of productivity and results
Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations including marketing, sales and production
Works with department heads to drive sales efforts within the company to achieve targeted growth objectives, exceed customer experience expectations and optimize profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service
Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements/Skills/Ability:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant related experience will be considered.
5 – 7 years of business experience in sales and / or operations, with a minimum of 3 years of related field leadership experience preferably within the home improvement industry.
Strong loyalty, leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and an ability to execute against formulated strategy.
Ability to lead large scale change initiatives.
Ability to direct large staff of functional experts to execute the corporate strategy.
Ability to build strong sales teams; select best candidates, coach, and develop the best talent.
Process-oriented and results-oriented in setting and pursuing aggressive goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational success, and marshaling resources to accomplish goals and objectives.

Ideal Qualities:
7 + years of leadership experience within the home improvement industry with previous Business Growth P&L responsibility.
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, operations, warehouse and procurement management
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
Experience with employee relations, talent management/engagement, team building, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Superior management skills, excellent time management, planning, and forward-thinking skills.
Must demonstrate ability to work with and influence peers and management.
Expert familiarity with applicable building codes and practices.
